Introduction
I am Orsolya Hadi, a certified psychologist.
Feel free to contact me for counseling.

My own journey of self-discovery led me to psychology, as awareness was an indispensable tool at many points in my life. However, thanks to this, I also learned quite quickly when self-reflection can turn from a useful tool into rumination and intellectualization. In order to find balance, it was central to experience the healthy alternation of exploratory processes, feeling my emotions and applying coping skills. These are among the many things I want to help others develop and operate.
It is crucial for me that all my clients experience the acceptance, support and safe healing atmosphere that counseling can provide. In this shared space, the weight of difficult feelings and thoughts does not have to be borne alone. My goal is for this empathetic environment to contribute to the client being able to experience this type of radical acceptance towards themselves.
It is important to me to view people as a unified whole based on the holistic approach. I think that in counseling, it is worth examining the clients’ entire life situation. For example, considering the social difficulties or neurodiversity that affect the person may be a primary consideration in determining what kind of support someone needs. I agree with the approach of critical psychology, which says that it is a completely understandable and valid response to some social problems when people experience tension, mental strain or burnout. Therefore, the psychologist should consider these factors beyond the individual causes of mental health struggles and should apply supportive therapeutic methods that help to adequately cope.

- During the first meeting, in addition to getting to know each other, we will discuss what you brought up when you contacted me. At this time there is room for any questions or doubts that you would like to share with me. We will discuss what topics you would like to work on and how I can support you during our work together.
- Personal impressions and observations play a big role here; I hope that mutual sympathy and a safe therapeutic environment will develop in which we can work together. Creating this is very important to me.
- If mutual trust and cooperation are established, then we will jointly determine the therapeutic goals, the boundaries in which we are going to work in and conclude the therapeutic contract based on this. From then on, our work will begin.
